Elliott Watlington has been studying and teaching Yoga for over 15 years with a degree in Eastern Philosophy and Religion. He received his Yoga teaching certification in India while studying and living with his teacher as his apprentice and assistant. Elliott was a D1 College Soccer player and has worked with college and pro athletes arou

Elliott was a D1 College Soccer player and has worked with college and pro athletes around the globe and is a legacy ambassador for Lululemon Athletica.

We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences, including Heated Vinyasa (Around 80 degrees and not humid), Vinyasa, Restorative, Private lessons and more. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all levels, and we strive to create a safe and supportive space to learn about the philosophy of Yoga.
PS....We listen to Hip Hop, Motown and other great music instrumentals during class!
